To make a credit card gift by mail, please be sure to include:

  • Amount of your gift
  • Name as it appears on your credit card
  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Your daytime telephone number
  • Instructions on your gift designation

Matching Gift Program
Your employer may offer matching gift programs that would allow you to double or triple your gift. Some foundations also have matching gift programs. 

Gifts of Securities or Mutual Funds
Gifts of appreciated securities often confer significant tax benefits for you. For example, contributions of securities held for over a year are generally deductible at market value, regardless of what you paid for the securities.
